We are aware of this site in Stagsden that we sold to the present owners some 5 years ago. The site is in the process of getting a new Planning Consent and whilst having had a recommendation from the Planning authority the matter was refused on highways grounds even though the scheme had highways approval. A written representation appeal is due to be heard in the near future where we have no doubt that the consent will be forthcoming. In this point in time we are not retained by the owners of the site because it is not formally available. However if this development site is of interest and you are able to offer us an acquisition fee of 2% plus VAT we can negotiate direct with the owners on your behalf.
