We are instructed by London Insolvency Agents to find a buyer for this high tech office unit which was 28000 square foot on two floors with 14 parking spaces. The sale completed in 2012. The sale was conducted via informal tender and although the commercial market at this time was in deep recession we were able to find a couple of bidders. This was sold for a low price and was excellent value for the buyer.
